So of course we use AI ourselves. It keeps us fast, sharp, and relevant. It means we can advise leaders and teams on AI from a position of real-world practice, not theory.

Here’s how we use it:

• Tools like ChatGPT and Claude help us draft, structure, and sharpen ideas.

• Fireflies supports us with AI-powered meeting transcription and notes, so we can focus fully in the conversation.

• We explore new use cases so we can guide clients on applying AI in leadership, learning, and culture.

• We experiment constantly so we can share what works, and what doesn’t, with the teams we support.

Here’s what we don’t do:

• We don’t upload client-confidential information, personal data, or proprietary IP into AI tools.

• We don’t use AI as a substitute for analysis, judgement, or design. Every deliverable is human-authored and reviewed.

• We don’t operate a proprietary “Alkemy AI tool” - everything is bespoke.

We’re transparent, practical, and flexible. If clients prefer us to use their approved tools or systems, we’re happy to do that.
